The delicate harmony between aromatic peach syrup, the slightly spicy hint of boiled fresh lemongrass, and the faint essential oil of orange peel turns this drink into the ultimate thirst-quenching medicine.

Preparing the extract mix

  • Fresh lemongrass: 3 stalks bruised and chopped. Boil with 200ml of water for 5 minutes to extract the lemongrass essence.
  • Navel orange: Cut 2 thick slices for garnish, squeeze the rest for 30ml of fresh orange juice (avoid squeezing the peel to prevent bitterness).
  • Black tea or Peach tea bags: Steep 10g in hot water to yield 100ml tea base, mix it with the lemongrass water.
  • Peach syrup: 20ml (Optional to boost aroma, or use the syrup from the canned peaches).
  • Canned peaches: 3 quarter wedges.

Shake and Garnish

Tea tastes best when flash-chilled! Put the lemongrass-tea base, orange juice, peach syrup, and a generous amount of King Ice cubes into a shaker.
