Orange Cold Brew - Irresistible Smoothness
Cold Brew coffee is extracted using cold water over 16-24 hours rather than hot water. This process removes the harsh acidic bitterness, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, sweet, and lower-caffeine cup. When paired with Navel oranges, this drink turns into an elite summer thirst-quencher for office folks.
How to make Orange Cold Brew
- Pure Cold Brew coffee: 80ml (Arabica beans with floral/fruity notes are highly recommended)
- Orange marmalade or fresh orange juice: 30ml
- Lemongrass syrup or bruised fresh lemongrass (optional)
- Ice cubes: Highly recommend King Ice cubes because they are crystal clear, retain excellent chill, and most importantly, won't dilute the delicate fruit notes of the Cold Brew with off-flavors.
Doubling the fanciness
In a beautiful highball glass, stick a few sliced orange rings against the inner walls. Fill it tightly with King Ice cubes. Pour the orange juice/marmalade at the bottom to form a vibrant orange layer, then gently pour the 80ml dark Cold Brew on top to create an aesthetic color separation. Stir up and sip; you will feel refreshed from the inside out.
| Pro Tip | Use King Ice pure ice cubes for deep cooling, longer melting time, and 100% food safety. Buy directly from our factory or nearest dealers! |
