Snow Ice Base Ingredients
- Milo barley powder: 3 tablespoons
- Unsweetened fresh milk: 100ml
- Condensed milk: 30ml

Quick Preparation
Step 1: Make Milo Drizzle Sauce
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of Milo powder with condensed milk and a tiny bit of hot water (add some pure cacao powder if you prefer some bitterness). Stir until thick and sticky.
Step 2: Blend the ice base
