Melon Smoothie - Unpretentious Elegance
Melon (cantaloupe or honeydew) contains massive hydration, cute pastel colors, and a mild sweetness uniquely carrying a milky aroma. A glass of melon smoothie as a late afternoon snack brings an unusually peaceful and relaxing vibe.
The Master Mix Recipe
- Melons (green or orange flesh both work): 200g (about 1 small bowl), deseeded, peeled, and diced.
- Unsweetened yogurt (preferably thick Greek yogurt): 3 tablespoons. The slight acidic richness of Greek yogurt relies perfectly on the melon.
- Raw honey: 1 teaspoon instead of condensed milk.
- 1-2 fresh mint leaves (optional)
- And the star to preserve thickness: King Ice tube ice (about 1.5 cups). Smoothies made from watery melons absolutely mandate rock-hard King Ice so they don't immediately turn into a watery slop right out of the blender.
Quick Blending
Put everything into the pitcher. Pulse the ice chunks first, then blend smoothly for 30 seconds and you're done. You can spare a few tiny diced melon chunks to sprinkle on the surface so you have something crunchy to chew playfully while drinking.
| Pro Tip | Use King Ice pure ice cubes for deep cooling, longer melting time, and 100% food safety. Buy directly from our factory or nearest dealers! |
